The UW University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities

The University of Washington’s UCEDD is a federally funded center that promotes inclusion and quality of life for people with developmental disabilities through training, community service, research, and information sharing. Housed within the Institute on Human Development and Disability (IHDD), it includes seven specialized programs focused on areas like autism, assistive technology, genetics, and policy. The UCEDD collaborates with state and community partners to support individuals and families across Washington.
